NAIFA is "kicking off" a return to live meetings on Friday, August 6 at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney with Husker football legend Johnny "The Jet" Rodgers! 

Johnny Rodgers helped the Huskers win the first two national titles in school history in 1970 and 1971.  Johnny was born in Omaha, where he was an all-city and all-state player for Tech High. He signed with Nebraska and – the rest is Husker football history!  In 1971, his 72-yard punt return for a touchdown ignited the Huskers’ thrilling 35-31 victory over Oklahoma in what was called the “Game of the Century.”  As a senior in 1972, he piled up 1,978 all-purpose yards and scored 17 touchdowns, and became Nebraska’s first Heisman winner in 1972.  He went on to a career in the both the Canadian Football League and the NFL.  Johnny was elected to the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame in 2000.

Johnny’s presentation -- "Success is Not a Secret – It’s a System" -- will help you learn how to leave no door un-opened and seize every opportunity that comes your way. Johnny will share stories about his mistakes, his losses and his successes -- all of which will give some inspiration and motivation to help us coming out of such a challenging year.

Johnny is bringing his Heisman Trophy with him to the event and will be available for photos and autographs afterwards.  You can get your photo taken and JR will autograph it for you onsite - CLICK HERE to see what it will look like!  You're also welcome to bring an item of Husker paraphernalia with you or purchase a copy of his book online and bring with you for him to sign.

This event is FREE for NAIFA members and $20 for non-members.  NAIFA members can bring one guest for FREE.  Consider inviting your clients to this event.  Bring some folks with you to enjoy this special presentation from a true Husker legend!
