Plan to join us Wednesday, May 8th as NAIFA-Cornhusker honors their Award winners, Quarter Century and Half Century Club members, scholarship winners and Past O.R. Frey Award recipients.

There is no cost for NAIFA members to attend.  Spouses and other guests are welcome for a guest fee of $30 per person, payable online or at the door by cash, check or credit card.

Featured Speaker - 2023 O.R. Frey, CLU, Award Winner:  Dustin Will, ChFC - Benefit Management

A native of South Dakota, Dustin joined the Benefit Management team as a representative of New England Financial in 2008. He is an honors graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, completing his degree with highest distinction while majoring in Finance.

Shortly after beginning his career, Dustin enrolled in the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) curriculum through the American College, graduating with the ChFC designation in 2013. Dustin is also a 2015 graduate of NAIFA’s Leadership in Life Institute (LILI).

Dustin maintains active involvement with many professional associations and organizations including NAIFA, the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP), Financial Services Institute (FSI), and the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). A NAIFA member since 2009, Dustin has been active in leadership positions since joining the local board in 2011, including serving as local president of NAIFA Cornhusker in 2015-2016 and Nebraska state president in 2022. Currently he serves as the state association’s professional development and programs chair. 

Committed to active service within the community, Dustin also holds volunteer roles with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Teammates Mentoring Program, and Christ Lincoln Church & Foundation Board. He’s also highly involved with youth sports and has been fortunate to coach his children in youth basketball, baseball, and flag football.

Outside of his commitments to clients and the community, Dustin is an avid golfer and Husker fan, and he enjoys spending time with his wife Jen and four children Miles, Grayson, Elise and Evelyn.
