Todd earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting, Master of Taxation (M.Acc.) and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from BYU. Todd practiced for two decades as a tax attorney focusing exclusively on tax, business, and estate planning. For the last dozen years, he has focused exclusively on captive insurance solutions for successful businesses. He is a frequent lecturer on captive insurance. Captive insurance is a potent tool for business owners looking for a tax-efficient solution for managing risks.
